How to use hydraulic flipping plow
The hydraulic flipping plow has the advantages of less ground clearance during operation, no need to separate or combine soil moisture, and can shuttle back and forth along the plow ditch without ditches or ridges, with consistent flipping. In recent years, it has been popular in the market and gradually replaced traditional traction plows and hanging plows.
The first thing we need to do is the preparation work before plowing operation. Firstly, we need to check the integrity of the machinery, whether there are damaged or missing components, whether the bolts are loose, and ensure that the machinery is intact and the bolts are tightened. The second is to adjust the configuration of the first plow of the flipping plow. When a wheeled tractor plows, generally one wheel needs to travel through the plow ditch. The inner side of the tire that travels through the plow ditch should maintain a gap of 1-2cm with the ditch wall. When installing the first plow, its horizontal position should be such that the end of the plow is placed on the ditch wall line, so that the cutting width of the first plow is exactly equal to the design width of the single plow body. Otherwise, when the hydraulic flipping plow shuttles back and forth, grooves or ridges will be left between each working width. The third step is to check and adjust the wheelbase, checking the distance H between the inner side of the tractor's rear wheels and the distance h between the first plow side plate of the equipped flipping plow and the center of the rotating shaft. It is required to meet H/2=h+b, where b is the width of a single plow. When this condition cannot be met, the flipping plow needs to be adjusted. If the flipping plow cannot be adjusted, the requirements can be met by adjusting the tractor wheelbase. When adjusting the wheelbase, the rear wheelbase should be adjusted first, and then the front wheelbase should be adjusted according to the rear wheelbase. The fourth is to check the tire pressure. During plowing operations, it is advisable to use a tire pressure of 80-110KPa, as specified in the manual. The fifth is to check whether the hydraulic oil of the tractor is sufficient, whether the hydraulic quick connector is intact, and when connecting to the hydraulic oil pipe of the flipping plow, it should be connected according to the oil pipe markings on the flipping plow.
After the inspection, we will come to connect the hydraulic flipping plow. The connection between the wheeled tractor and the hydraulic flipping plow is a three-point suspension. Before connecting, we need to adjust the left and right lower rods to ensure their level. The specific adjustment method is as follows: park the tractor on a flat road surface, operate the hydraulic lifting handle to lower the lower pull rod, and check whether the center of the connecting ball head of the left and right lower pull rods is consistent with the ground height. If the left and right heights are not consistent, the length of the left and right lifting rods can be adjusted to keep them consistent. After leveling the left lower pull rod, start the hydraulic flipping plow connection. Connect the ball heads of the left and right lower pull rods to the two lower suspension points of the plow, and lock them with pins to prevent detachment; After connecting the lower pull rod, connect the upper pull rod of the tractor. Connect the upper pull rod to the hydraulic flipping plow suspension point with a pin shaft and lock it with a pin to prevent detachment. After connecting the three-point suspension, operate the hydraulic handle to lift the hydraulic flipping plow, adjust the left and right limit rods (some of which are limit chains), so that the plow is in the middle position between the two wheels, and the hydraulic flipping plow can only sway slightly left and right. For the adjustment of plowing depth, hydraulic flip plows generally have limited depth wheels, which are mainly adjusted by adjusting the depth limit wheel screw to meet the plowing depth requirements. If the plowing depth is too shallow, adjust the lead screw to raise the depth limiting wheel to increase the depth; If the plowing depth is too deep, adjust the lead screw to lower the depth limiting wheel, in order to reduce the plowing depth. For the adjustment of tillage width, some flip plows have amplitude modulation function, which can adjust the tillage width according to the soil conditions. The way to adjust the width of amplitude modulation plows is generally to adjust the length of the screw, by changing the angle of the plow frame relative to the axis to achieve the adjustment of tillage width.
