Pre job maintenance
Check the plowshare, plow wall and other components. If the blade thickness of the plowshare is greater than 3 millimeters, it should be polished, repaired or replaced. If the plow wall is severely worn, it should be replaced.
Check various bolts, nuts, and pins to ensure they are in a tightened state. Among them, the fixing bolts of the plow wall should not be too tight to prevent the plow wall from generating stress and being prone to breakage.
Check each lubrication port to ensure sufficient mechanical grease, and apply oil lubrication to moving parts such as axles and walking cranks.
After connecting the flipping plow with the matching tractor, a safety lock pin should be installed. Check the hydraulic oil pipe to prevent oil leakage and oil pipe entanglement.
Lift the plow, adjust the lifting speed, check the longitudinal stability of the tractor, and if necessary, add counterweight to the tractor.
Operate the tractor and check if the flipping plow flips properly.
Maintenance during homework
Loosen the fastening bolts and positioning adjustment bolts connecting the plow body to the plow column, and then tap the plow body to slightly change the angle of the plow body relative to the plow column, in order to increase or decrease the digging angle. It is advisable to have a soil entry angle of 3 to 10 degrees, and the more plows there are, the smaller the soil entry angle. After adjustment, the plow tips on the same side of the plow body should be at the same height, and the fastening bolts and positioning adjustment bolts should be tightened.
Under normal circumstances, the plowing depth of a flipping plow is 20-40 centimeters. During the trial tillage, if the tillage depth is too deep or too shallow, the depth limit wheel should be adjusted. Rotate the depth limiting wheel adjustment bolt (handle), lower the depth limiting wheel, raise the plow frame to reduce tillage depth, and rotate the adjustment bolt in the opposite direction to increase tillage depth.
Horizontal adjustment: When the tractor is parked on a level ground, the suspension crossbeam (plow frame) should be parallel to the ground. When plowing, the plow column should be kept as perpendicular to the ground as possible from the direction of travel. If it is not possible to maintain verticality, the horizontal adjustment bolts on both sides of the suspension frame crossbeam should be used to adjust the horizontal level of the crossbeam.
During the trial operation, if the tractor deviates significantly, the traction line should be adjusted. Loosen the locking nut of the frame adjustment screw, adjust the length of the screw, and align the traction line of the flipping plow with the direction of travel.
Observe the work situation at all times during operation, and promptly clean up any equipment that is blocked or tangled with grass.
