Safety operation tips for hydraulic flipping plow

When starting the homework, the plow body should be lowered while walking to avoid severe impact damage to the working parts when entering the soil.

It is strictly prohibited to ride on the plow during the homework process. If there is any abnormal noise, the homework should be stopped in a timely manner and the cause should be identified and resolved before continuing the homework.

When working on the ground, the plow should be lifted first, and turning can only be done when the plowshare is completely excavated. It is strictly prohibited to lift while turning to avoid damaging the plowshare, plow column, and rear suspension system of the tractor.

Long distance transportation is not allowed in a suspended state. During transportation, ensure that the limit rods on both sides of the tractor's lower pull rod are locked. It is strictly prohibited to carry heavy objects on the plow frame to avoid deformation of the main shaft. When passing through rough roads or ravines, it is necessary to slow down and avoid excessive bumps and impacts.

When shutting down the machine, the plow should be lowered to the ground. When flipping the plow for storage, use support rods to secure the plow frame to prevent tipping.
